We are no longer offering rentals for large private functions (weddings and family reunions etc.).  Our rental focus is now limited to local community events and more broadly to service/non-profit organizations, especially those that benefit youth.

What: Two-day full S100 Wildfire Training – BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) awareness level training enhanced to focus on needs of various industries and rural residents. This training meets BCWS and Worksafe BC standards as “adequately trained” to respond to wildfires with proper supervision.
Cost: $250 per attendee – payment method being organized When: Theory 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., April 20

3 Worksite Wildfire Tabletop Scenarios (Same site, 3 different set of Weather and Fuel Codes)
Written Multiple Choice Quiz at the end of each section. Completed as a group. 100% score required.
Day 2 Practical – 6 hours
Mark 3 pump set up and operate
Establish a Standard Hose Lay
Water application and hose management Hand tool use, hand line construction Hose demobilization
Special Instructions:
1. The training location is in a rural area. Bring your own lunch and water. 2. Day 1 is a classroom only session.
Day 2 is and outdoor day handling pumps and hoses. Wear sturdy boots and be prepared for all weather conditions.
3. Bring hardhats, hearing, eye protection and gloves. I have some available for use in limited quantities. Let me know if, and how many, you may need prior to the course.
