BOARD MEETING, APRIL 18, 2024

ELECTION OF OFFICERS:  
Chairperson –     Andrew will stay on as Chair
Secretary -        Terri will stay on as Secretary
Treasurer-         Dave Lansing will replace Fred Smith as Treasurer
Hall Rentals -        Doug Neill will stay on as Rental Coordinator
Maintenance -    Leonard Van Der Merwe will take over maintenance

Grass cutting;  Poppy and Maddox are both interested in mowing the lawn.  They will talk and let us know what they decide.

MACLEOD FOREST SERVICES COURSE INFORMATION

What: Two-day full S100 Wildfire Training – BC Wildfire Service (BCWS) awareness level training enhanced to focus on needs of various industries and rural residents. This training meets BCWS and Worksafe BC standards as “adequately trained” to respond to wildfires with proper supervision.
Cost: $250 per attendee – payment method being organized When: Theory 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., April 20
